16 year old brunnette, 5"2', petit build. EXPERIENCE I have performed in the following amateur productions: Annie (X4), Blitz, the King and I, Scrooge, Bugsy Malone (played the role of Tallulah), Shakers, Cinderella, Half a sixpence, Guys and Dolls. I have also performed in numerous school productions, most recently playing the role of Ann Putnam in 'The Crucible' OTHER INFORMATION I was a member of the Stagecoach school of performing arts in Llandaff, Cardiff for four years. Selected as one of 550 from 9000 to audition for a new presenter role for HTV's 'diggit'. Completed two HTV 'Nuts 'n' Bolts'-acting for television workshops. Undertook work experience as a media and performing arts assistant for Spectacle Theatre Group. Received honours in my LAMDA acting examinations at grade 5. Completed two performing arts workshops with the Welsh National Opera. Performed in a 3000 strong gospel choir at the Royal Albert Hall. Performed in a 5000 strong gospel choir that took part in the procession along the Mall as part of the queens Golden Jubilee Celebrations. Member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. Recently played Kathryn in a short film created for the childrens charity 'Barnardos'. The film called 'What if?' was produced by HTV and Tornado films, with director Geoff Evans. HOBBIES/SKILLS Gymnastics-train and coach at the local sports centre. Karate-became a 1st Dan Black Belt aged 10. Swimming-passed Bronze Medallion lifesaving qualification and train weekly. Singing-weekly lessons Dance-weekly lessons EDUCATION After gaining 11 GCSE's, including an A in drama, I am curruntly completing a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. I am an extremely dedicated and focussed person who is passionate about drama. I would love the chance to perform in a professional production. |
