Dylan graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2002. Since then he has worked extensively with the (New Victoria Theatre, Stoke) where he most recently played the role of Gerald in Oscar Wilde's A Woman of no Importance. Other work for the New Vic includes : Amadeus, and two operas : Carmen and The Marriage of Figaro, which toured to the (Bolton Octagon Theatre) and (Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough). Other Theatre work includes : The Way It Was, Oh What a Lovely War (Clwyd Theatr Cymru); Crossings (Sgript Cymru ? Contemporary Drama Wales) Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin (Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham); You're Not Singing Any More (Show of Strength Theatre Company); Panto (Cwmni Mega/tour of Wales). He has also worked as a performer and facilitator for (European Live Art Network/ELAN Wales) and has been involved in nearly a dozen site specific devised projects in Wales and Italy. Further projects include : The Chinaman, Vera (ELAN ? Reyjavik); Maskinen (ELAN - Denmark); Woyzeck (ELAN - tour of India). His television appearances include : Caerdydd (Fiction Factory); A470 (ITV Wales), and he is soon to be seen as new regular character Harley in the popular welsh tv drama series Tipyn o Stad for S4C. Radio and Voice Over : Digital Curriculum (BBC JAM); The Snow Spider (BBC Radio 4/Radio 7); The Small Mine (BBC Radio 4); Dani, Twrw (BBC Radio Cymru); Sabrina, Jibba Jabba, Traed Moch and Medabots (Atsain for S4C); Under Milk Wood (RWCMD) and Beatrix Potter Tales (Sain for S4C). Dylan was also a member of the National Youth Theatre of Wales and involved in productions of Faust and Hamlet ?In Loving Memory? (playing Hamlet) |
