| artistic policy | Abergele Theatre Group was established 24 years ago and is the brainchild of our President Joyce Williams, who also directs most of our productions. The group is split into 2 sections, the seniors for persons 16 years and over lead by Joyce and the juniors for young people under 16 years lead by Becky. We stage mainly farcical comedies as these have proven the most successful with our audiences over the years, however because we are always willing to try out new ideas we have also put on a murder mystery evening and a couple of variety shows recently which also appear to have gone down well ! Abergele Theatre Group did well in this years local carnivals winning an impressive 1st place for best float at Rhyl and 2nd place for best float at Abergele with their Harry Potter Themed float. We are still on a manhunt! so please any men out there who feel they could help us in any way ? Of course new members of either gender will receive a very warm welcome!
